The Hats We Wear: Defining Your Roles in Life

In 2016, I wrote a New Year’s post about defining our roles in life and setting goals for the new year based on the various hats that we wear. I wanted to check-in with you about your goals and how they are coming along?

How many hats do you wear on a daily basis? Do you love all your hats? Do you need to let some responsibilities go so you can focus on better things? Does every hat you wear have a goal?

I challenge you to jot down all your hats this week and review the list with your boss, your spouse, quietly with yourself.

My current hats (in no specific order):
